What this is. For 1,059 real client addresses, it estimates how many we could investigate remotely — no field agent — by ① geocoding the address to a point, ② seeing it on Street View / satellite, and ③ confirming it's reachable & in the right area.
The big % (top-left) = addresses that pass every check you've turned ON in the left panel. Nothing is fixed — tick checks on/off and drag thresholds to define what "serviceable" means to you; each check shows how many cases it removes. Then open Cases and click any row to see the evidence (imagery, all 3 geocodes, a map). Summary breaks it down by state/city and shows sensitivity.
